VVS by Simmons Repair Policy

VVS by Simmons is committed to providing our customers with high-quality jewelry that is made to last. However, we understand that things happen, and sometimes jewelry may need to be repaired.

We offer a complimentary repair service for manufacturing faults only within our warranty period of one year. This includes repairs to diamonds or gemstones that have been lost due to a fault. We do not repair items that have been exposed to mistreatment.

To determine whether your jewelry is eligible for repair, please contact VVS by Simmons customer service. We will ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the damage and to send us photos of the jewelry, together with proof of purchase. Once we have reviewed the information, we will determine whether your jewelry is eligible for repair and provide you with an estimated repair time.

If your jewelry is eligible for repair, we will send you a shipping label so that you can return it to us. Once we receive your jewelry, we will inspect it and provide you with a final repair estimate. Once you have approved the estimate, we will begin the repair process.

We typically complete repairs within 20 to 90 business days. However, the repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the repair.

Once your jewelry is repaired, we will ship it back to you using our insured Fedex service.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to repair any item that we deem to be unsafe or unrepairable.
