VVS by Simmons is committed to providing our customers with the best possible jewelry shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full credit refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are made in the form of a credit voucher that can be redeemed on our website www.vvsbysimmons.com
To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact VVS by Simmons customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt and the RAN in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:
VVS by Simmons Returns Department xxxxxxx
  • All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original VVS by Simmons box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
  • VVS by Simmons is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once VVS by Simmons receives your returned product, they will process your credit refund within 10 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been worn, engraved or custom made.

Exchanges

  • VVS by Simmons does not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full credit refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
